Mr. Stevens is a commercial bankruptcy lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on the representation of creditors' committees, trustees, debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy cases, debt restructurings and avoidance actions. Mr. Stevens employs a practical, results-oriented approach that helps his clients maximize value on their investments, and find money in the tough cases. Mr. Stevens' experience and cases span a number of industries, including real estate investment, healthcare, diagnostic imaging, ambulette, construction, telecommunications, automotive, food, jewelry, garment, and law firms.

Prior to joining Klestadt & Winters, LLP, Mr. Stevens was a partner in the bankruptcy and financial restructuring group at Fox Rothschild LLP. Mr. Stevens graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 1999 and summa cum laude from St. John's University with a BS in Finance and Economics in 1996. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and Massachusetts, the federal courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
