Mr. Jureller has been practicing corporate and commercial litigation in New York City for over 15 years. His diverse practice experience encompasses all areas of litigation including trials and complex motion practice. Since joining the Firm in 2001, Mr. Jureller has handled litigation matters across the country in various state, federal and bankruptcy courts, as well as internationally. He has represented clients in complex corporate sales, acquisitions, and foreclosures, and litigation related thereto. He has advised and represented clients with respect to secured party transactions, and negotiated and drafted documents for many corporate transactions, including asset purchase agreements, license agreements, secured party sales, and stock purchase agreements. Mr. Jureller has represented debtors, creditors, and creditors' committees in various bankruptcy litigations. His diverse clients includes major banks, hedge funds, corporations, law firms, venture capital funds, foreign receivers and liquidators, special purpose investment funds, and insurance companies, including SunTrust Bank, Coudert Brothers LLP, Snap-on Tools Company, Carl Marks & Co., Inc., International Planned Music Association (association of Muzak franchisees), and Agilysys, Inc.
Mr. Jureller graduated from New York Law School in 1993 and from the University of Vermont in 1990. He received his Master's in Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University in 2005. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Western, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
